To date, I’ve been fortunate enough to be an award-winning creative consultant, Group Creative Director, filmmaker, entrepreneur, and artist, born and raised in Harlem. But honestly, my story goes much deeper than the accolades —it's a narrative shaped by resilience, creativity, and a commitment to culture.
From being homeless to earning an Emmy nomination, my journey has shaped the creative work I do today in film, television, and advertising. My first break in the industry came as an A&R for Universal Motown and Universal/SRC, where I had the chance to work with artists like Akon, Wu-Tang Clan, David Banner, Erykah Badu, India Arie, and others. During this time, Billboard recognized me for my role in co-developing the Diamond-certified, Grammy-winning album Konvicted by Akon. Art directing Akon’s videos for “I Wanna Love You” and “Smack That,” as well as collaborating on Pharoahe Monch’s film Push, set me on the path to becoming a creative.
Since then, I’ve honed my "culture-first" approach to creative work at agencies like BBDO, Meta, Wieden+Kennedy, WhatsApp, 72andSunny, and Translation. Today, I run my own consultancy, where I work with businesses, brands, and influencers who want to elevate their communications through innovative experiences, cutting-edge technology, and creative solutions.
Over the years, my work has earned recognition from Cannes, ADCOLOR, and even the Sports Emmys. I’ve also picked up Gold at the International Andy Awards, the 2022 Campaign Power of Purpose Awards, Muse Creative Awards, OneShow, and the Webbys.
I credit the hardships of my early life with fueling my passion for shaping culture through advertising. My goal has always been to tell stories that resonate and connect people, and I believe in the power of creativity to transform and uplift communities.
I prefer Kendrick to Mozart.
